We Understand What You Need
Highland Estates is a planned residential community of 65 lots located outside of the city of Sedona, AZ in unincorporated Yavapai County. The locals often refer to the area as Little Park.

Highland Estates is governed by an HOA named Highland Estates Improvement Association (HEIA). The governing documents are referred to as the HEIA Handbook. It contains the Documents of Incorporation, the CC&R's, and the Design Guidelines.
