On behalf of all the residents of Highland Estates, we welcome you to this tranquil and picturesque neighborhood situated at the base of Seven Warriors and just south of the famous Cathedral Rock.  This planned residential community dates back to 1976 and has a rich history of Hollywood Westerns being filmed on and around what is now Highland Estates.

 

Located just outside Sedona, AZ, Highland Estates is located in unincorporated Yavapai County commonly known as Little Park.

 

Highland Estates is governed by an HOA known as Highland Estates Improvement Association (HEIA).  The governing documents can be found in the HEIA Handbook (2019), accessible under "Resources" above.
